As Memorial Hospital of Carbon County looks to renovate and expand its campus in Rawlins to the west of its current location, the pieces of the puzzle include everything from eliminating a section of 23rd Street to demolishing a portion of the existing structure.

All of the ideas were put on the table last week during workshop between MHCC and city council. Cali O’Hare was there and filed this report.
