Days after its grand opening, the Rawlins City Council directed staff to essentially shut down the concessionaire at the Rochelle Ranch Municipal Golf Course until the new restauranteurs could get their paperwork in order.
The new owners did not obtain a license from the health department. The decision came following a special executive session, so details are limited. Cali O’Hare has everything we know so far.
