HF Sinclair, formerly known as the Sinclair Wyoming Refining Company, has donated several thousand dollars to establish a pool of funding that will be used to offset the costs associated with county and municipal employees staffing the C4 Emergency Operations Center during times of crisis.

The Board of Carbon County Commissioners has pitched in as well. Cali O’Hare attended Wednesday’s check presentation and filed this report.
