A talented young Rawlins girl will represent Wyoming this summer when she performs with an elite choir at Carnegie Hall in New York City. She was one of thousands of students from two countries to audition. She’s secured her spot to sing, but she needs the community’s help to get there. Cali O’Hare has the story.
