The statement from the Highway Patrol said the investigation into Testerman began on May 2nd following a tip or inquiry from the Cheyenne Police Department.

According to Testerman’s LinkedIn profile, he began his law enforcement career as a Military Policeman in 2003 with the Army in South Korea and at Fort Knox, Kentucky.
