They Wyoming Cowgirls hit the road for the first time this season. The Cowgirls are 1-1 on the season after Saturday’s 71-52 loss to Nebraska. Malene Pedersen led the Cowgirls with a season-best 13 points in the loss while Allyson Fertig added 11.
Tonight’s matchup will be the season home opener for Denver. Like the Cowgirls, the Pioneers are 1-and-1 on the season.
Tipoff is set for six tonight. Bigfoot 99 will have the contest starting with the pregame show at 5:30.
