Wyoming basketball: The Cowboys met their match at Texas Tech Wednesday night, falling 96-49.
The Red Raiders dominated both halves. They held the Pokes to 26 percent from the field in the first half.
UW head coach Sundance Wicks pointed to the Wyoming turnover, saying the defeat was a team loss. The Red Raiders gained 40 points off Cowboy turnovers.
Texas Tech shot 64 percent from the field and 56 percent from behind the arc.
Wyoming was led in scoring by guard Obi Agbim with 15 points marking his third-straight game in double-figures.
The Cowboys return to the Arena-Auditorium on Saturday hosting Utah Tech in a 7 p.m. start.
