The Rawlins City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, August 11th at 6:00 p.m.

The meeting will primarily consist of an executive session.

Monday’s executive session occurs after Pam Thayer was appointed this past week as Acting City Manager.

Thayer is handling routine administrative duties following the illness of City Manager Tom Sarvey. Details about Sarvey’s condition are unknown.

Thayer has nearly 20 years of experience with the City of Rawlins as the Executive Director of the Rawlins Downtown Development Authority. Thayer also represents House District 15, including Rawlins and Sinclair, in the Wyoming Legislature.
