The State of Wyoming is helping the Trump Administration with how the national census is counted in the future.
The President is looking to thwart attempts by political opponents to inflate Democratic voter rolls using illegal immigrants who flooded the country during the Biden Administration, when border controls were essentially non-existent.
President Trump wants illegals excluded from the census, a move that will put a financial burden on Democrat-run cities that welcomed the newcomers. Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Grey said he supports action to remove illegal aliens from the census and supports and accurate recount.
Preparations for the 2030 census are underway. President Trump called on the Commerce Department to create a new counting method that does not tally undocumented immigrants, who flooded the country during the Biden Administration, a break with historical tradition. In the past, every person has been counted no matter their legal status.
