Reports of men wearing women’s bathing suits have led Saratoga police to step up patrols at the Hobo Hot Springs.
Speaking at the September 16th Saratoga Town Council meeting, Police Chief John Moore reported that he has received numerous complaints from users of the town’s hot pools. Chief Moore said his officers have increased their presence at the location.
Later in the meeting, Mayor Chuck Davis elaborated on the nature of the complaints. Mayor Davis said people have reported that possibly two transgender men have been spotted wearing bikinis at the hot pools, prompting the increased police activity. The Mayor added that he is awaiting guidance from Town Attorney Kylie Waldrip on how to proceed.
Yesterday afternoon, Mayor Davis told Bigfoot99 that Attorney Waldrip has yet to advise him on the situation.
