Rawlins man charged in restaurant burglary

A Rawlins man entered a plea of not guilty to three felony charges stemming from a burglary last month at a local fast food restaurant. According to court documents, a Rawlins Police officer identified the defendant’s vehicle in surveillance video of the crime scene. Emma Diercks has the story.

 

 

Funding found for Rawlins museum facade project

A financial solution has been found to help the museum in Rawlins. The City of Rawlins, the Board of Carbon County Commissioners, and the Carbon County Museum Foundation Board will pool funding to cover the more than $20,000 shortfall associated with the facade work on the Hugus-Furguson building.
