Rawlins City Council approves urban deer management plan
In Rawlins, City Council reversed itself Tuesday and unanimously approved the urban deer management plan. Although residents expressed confusion about why the issue was back for consideration after failing to pass last month, council never publicly acknowledged why they broke procedure. Former Rawlins Game Warden Teal Cufaude has replaced Will Schultz, who left for another position with Game and Fish in Cheyenne.
