Rawlins residents speak out against potential changes to subdivision ordinance

An ordinance amending a portion of the municipal code related to subdivisions passed the first of three readings before city council, but additional changes may be coming.

Residents involved in the process expressed concern during a recent public hearing that the changes don’t make make the ordinance less cumbersome, but financial burdens the ordinance imposes may deter future development. Cali O’Hare report.

 

 

Saratoga officials consider options for recreation director position

The Town of Saratoga is currently reviewing the job description for the recreation director. The town council is asking the recreation commission to develop a description for both a full-time and part-time director to be used for the next fiscal year. Emma Diercks reports.

Rawlins officials lend support to community cleanup group
