Off-track betting could be coming to Rawlins. 307 Horse Racing, a Wyoming-based business licensed by the state gaming commission to operate pari-mutial racing is planning open up shop on Cedar Street. It’s more than just gaming. It’s about a half-dozen good paying jobs. Cali O’Hare has the story.
