Airport apron expansion project back out to bid

After receiving a bid $2 million above its budgeted price, the Saratoga Airport Advisory Board is advertising its apron expansion and entrance road again. They’ve extended the construction deadline in hopes of receiving better numbers. Emma Diercks reports.
