Ahead of the Memorial Day Weekend, visitors to Carbon County and residents should be aware that County Road 660, French Creek Road from Highway 230 to County Road 203 remains closed east of Riverside after the bridge over Beaver Creek sustained damages.

The County Road and Bridge Department is working with engineers to bring a long term solution to the county commissioners next Tuesday. Emma Diercks has the story.
