The 2020 Primary Election is four months away, but Carbon County Clerk Gwynn Bartlett says she doesn’t expect the novel coronavirus will result in any major changes at polling places.
What will change is the election equipment, which is brand new in all 23 Wyoming counties. Cali O’Hare reports.
