The Carbon County Senior Center in Rawlins is bustling now that the worst of the pandemic has passed, and folks feel more comfortable in congregate settings. So much so that Executive Director Lisa Engstrom is applying for a grant that will cover the cost of expanding the north parking lot if awarded. Currently, seniors have to park a block or so away from the facility’s front doors.
