A shelter-in-place event at Rawlins Middle School in March after a threat was found in a bathroom has prompted school officials to ask students and parents to take a bullying survey. Other incidents at the school were involved in releasing the survey.

Administrators plan to use data collected in the survey to update policies and offer preventative intervention. Emma Diercks has more.
