In Rawlins, the three councilors-elect underwent a second training session to prepare them for when they take office next week. They’ll be sworn in during the January 5th meeting. In order to help them hit the ground running, City of Rawlins department heads arranged two training sessions, the second of which was held earlier this month. Cali O’Hare was there and filed this report.
