The City of Rawlins recently enrolled in WYO Warn, a Mutual Aid Program which helps protect small water systems.

A presentation was made to the Rawlins City Council by representatives from the Wyoming Association of Rural Water in June, and members of the governing body heard strong support for the mutual aid program from the city’s municipal water and wastewater workers.

Cali O’Hare takes a look at what enrollment in the program means for the municipality.
