The City of Rawlins has named Denise Ashline as the recipient of the Community Builder Award for the month of May.

Ashline is one of the driving forces behind Will’s Warriors, a nonprofit group that provides financial assistance to first responders and their families across the state.

Cali O’Hare sat down with Ashline and filed this report.
