Despite the Rawlins City Council calling a special public meeting with the ownrs of Sunnyside Liquors and their attorney, the governing body decided not to suspend or revoke the liquor license #99, nor did it impose any kind of penalty.

Cali O’Hare reports that the meeting was often contentious, and largely unproductive.
