Weatherwise, get ready for the big cool down beginning today.

After a run of high temperatures in the 90s across Carbon County and much of Wyoming for the past week, the thermometer is set to take a nose dive today and tomorrow.

A cold front moved into the Cowboy State last night beginning in Yellowstone.

After a string of highs in Carbon County that reached the low and middle 90s for the last week, Saratoga topped out at 85 on Wednesday.

The high on Friday will top out around 76. The cooler temperatures are expected through the weekend with daytime highs not expected to hit again until Wednesday of next week.
