WYDOT has cut the weight limit to under 27 tons on the Highway 130 bridge over Brush Creek. Truckers hauling logs, livestock and logging equipment can no longer trust this bridge.

Carbon County Commissioners were asked to approve a road use permit for an alternative route, but this might mean additional work and money just to strengthen that road for trucks. Emma Dierks has the discussion on more options from the Tuesday county commissioners meeting.
