Here’s a riddle best answered before the North Platte River rises this spring: How many sandbags can a sandbagger bag?
The answer is easy if you’re using a “Sand Master,” and industrial attachment engineered to get the job done quickly. When attached to a skid steer, the high the high tech unit can fill 4,800 sand bags in an hour.
Carbon County Emergency Management Team is working to secure one using state grant money. Cali O’Hare reports.
