More than a year has passed since the hard drive from Saratoga Town Clerk Suzie Cox’s computer was seized by the Carbon County Sheriff’s Office. The County Circuit Court had the search warrant sealed until recently.
The document reveals the steps that took place to justify the seizure in September 2019. While the warrant has been released, the hard drive remains in the county’s custody.
