County voters to weigh in on establishment of fire protection district in unincorporated areas

Following a unanimous decision by the Board of Carbon County Commissioners last week, qualified electors residing in the county’s unincorporated areas will have the option of voting on whether to establish a fire protection district and a board of directors. Cali O’Hare reports.
