Tuesday’s election results are now official. Carbon County’s Canvas Board completed its work on Thursday.

The official tally is unchanged from the raw vote counts released Tuesday evening. The official results are posted online at carboncountywy.gov.

The results have been canvassed and are now official.

Results from Sweetwater County must be added for two races before winners of the Carbon County School District #1 race and the Little Snake River Conservation District can be finalized. This includes any write-ins for CCSD#1.

According to the Clerk’s office, 1,066 new voter registrations were submitted on Election Day this week. Turnout on Tuesday was 105.69%, including the new registrations.

The Carbon County Clerk’s office thanked the poll workers who “are imperative to a successful election process.” The Clerk’s Office reports that the process went smoothly this week and was without issues.
