In Rawlins, the annual cemetery cleanup to prepare for Memorial Day began on May 1st, prompting citizens to remove personal and sentimental decorations from the gravesites. Starting tomorrow, people can redecorate and leave new items in place through early June. Cali O’Hare has details.
