In Rawlins, a fire hydrant leaking below ground was removed and replaced after it delayed the rebuild of Delta Street, which got underway last October. Crews initially believed the nearby wetlands were to blame for the water, but discovered the hydrant was at fault earlier this summer. Cali O’Hare has more.
