A former City of Rawlins department head convicted of stalking a seasonal employee turned himself into the county jail to begin serving his sentence.  Cali O’Hare has the story.

Pfannenstiel was recently convicted of stalking a seasonal employee who was working under his supervision at the golf course last summer.

Pfannenstiel had not been to work at the City of Rawlins since the incident occurred in July 2020. The City of Rawlins formally parted ways with Pfannenstiel two weeks prior to his trial in February 2021.
