Dirty Boyz won’t appeal court ruling

Dirty Boyz Sanitation in Rawlins will not appeal a recent district court decision in its lawsuit against the city over a violation of Wyoming’s Public Meetings Act.

The judge’s decision cut both ways, leaving room for an appeal. In choosing to live with the decision, however, Dirty Boyz attorney said choose your battles carefully. Cali O’Hare reports.

Historic Sinclair theater slated for 2025 open

In Sinclair, the work to restore the historic Parco Theater is back on track. The community group working on the project has set 2025 – the town’s 100th anniversary – to reopen the landmark building. Emma Diercks has the story.
