Cesko pleads guilty to 20 charges
Former Rawlins doctor David Cesko pleaded guilty this week to 20 of 32 felony charges of distributing prescription drugs outside the usual course of professional practice.
A sentencing hearing is scheduled for May. Emma Diercks has the story.
Concessionaire sought to run golf course restaurant
In Rawlins, officials will take another swing at securing a concessionaire to run the bar and restaurant at the city golf course. Applications will be accepted until the position has been filled.

Changes coming to shed hunting regulations
Wyoming Game and Fish Wardens in Rawlins say Carbon County shed hunters need to be aware of upcoming changes to regulations governing the collection of big game antlers and horns.
A final draft of changes to Chapter 61 was adopted by the Wyoming Game and Fish Commission last month, but it may not go into effect until next year. The official timeline is dependent upon the governor’s signature. Cali O’Hare has more.
