Wind developers share details on Carbon County projects

Wind developers with projects in Carbon County gathered on Tuesday to provide updates on their projects. Topics included the impacts the projects will bring and about their and their plans for the future. Emma Diercks was at the public meeting and filed this report.

Rawlins officials seeking grant for water projects

The City of Rawlins has put a major water improvement plan out to bid. The bundle of projects involves upgrading five water lines known for frequent service interruptions because of their age. The total project cost is more than $2 million, but city officials hope to secure a grant to offset the cost. Cali O’Hare reports.

CCSD2 discusses property lease with developer

Carbon County School District Two met with an independent land developer during a special meeting Thursday afternoon. The Board of Trustees worked through a contract to lease property the district owns adjacent to the old Medicine Bow High School. Emma Diercks reports.

Pedal car races added to Rawlins Summer Fest
