What helped the deranged teenaged shooter in Uvalde, Texas, more than the $9,000 worth of guns he brought to a school shooting, was the disorganization and cowardly inaction of the police who stood outside as shots rang out from a fourth-grade classroom, where 19 kids and their two teachers died.
In Carbon County, local law enforcement reiterates their commitment to school and community safety.
Cali O’Hare sat with a dozen officers representing numerous agencies Friday to discuss school safety and emergency response and filed this report.
