The 41-year-old man who stole a Rawlins police cruiser while he led law enforcement on not one, but two pursuits across Carbon and Sweetwater Counties in October reached a plea agreement with the Sweetwater County Attorney’s Office and will serve no more than three years in the State Prison in Rawlins. Cali O’Hare has the latest update in this story.
