Memorial Hospital of Carbon County’s mental health counselor officially began seeing patients at the family practice clinic in Rawlins. The hospital launched the new service as part of an effort to bolster mental health resources at the local level. Cali O’Hare sat down with MHCC’s newest provider, Joanne Reints and filed this report.
