In Rawlins, Shawn Metcalf delivered his first report as city manager at last Tuesday’s regular Rawlins City Council meeting.

Keeping true to some of the goals he spoke of during the public meet and greet held earlier this month, Metcalf said he’s been busy meeting one-on-one with each employee.

Cali O’Hare reports on the manager’s first week on the job.
