Phil Reints, the Chief Nursing Officer at Memorial Hospital in Rawlins has resigned. His departure was effective February 17th. Reints’ wife Joanne, who heads the mental health clinic, will resign in May. Their exits were part of CEO Ken Harmon’s report to County Commissioners on Tuesday. Cali O’Hare has the story.
