Hinkle said attendees will have the opportunity to be introduced to the newest members of the Memorial Hospital care team, Doctor of Internal Medicine Kristel Lessard and General Surgeon Dr. Ched Singleton.

Certified Physician Assistant Bob Keel, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Patti Shue, and representatives from Fremont Therapy Group will also be present during the open house.

Hinkle explained the open house will allow the public to sit down with the providers and discuss the types of medical services available at the Saratoga clinic. Because Carbon County is so rural, Hinkle said it’s important for Memorial Hospital to provide a wide variety of services to the community.

Chief Operating Officer Hinkle explained Dr. Lessard, Physician Assistant Keel, and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Shue split their time between Saratoga and Rawlins, with the Platte Valley clinic serving as their primary location.

Since joining Memorial Hospital in January, Dr. Singleton has been focused on building his practice in Rawlins. However, to expand services across the county, Hinkle said hospital administrators are considering having the general surgeon visit other clinic locations in the future.
