A community assessment survey will arrive in your mailbox soon. The survey is designed to gather input about what healthcare services are needed in the community.
Memorial Hospital of Carbon County has partnered with a Cheyenne non-profit to conduct the survey. The information collected will help shape what services the hospital will offer and grants it might seek.
