Platte Valley clinic making telemedicine advances

In the Platte Valley, the verdict is still out on whether a stand-alone critical access hospital is economically feasible or not. In the meantime, the medical clinic in Saratoga continues to expand its services.

A doctor should be available through telemedicine computer link in about a month. Emma Diercks has the story.

Energy Day today at Carbon County Fair

In Rawlins: The Carbon County Fair and Rodeo is in full swing. Among today’s events and activities at the fairgrounds is Energy Day.

It’s a free activity, and a great way to learn more about various underway in the area. The event also aims to educate students on potential careers in the energy industry. Cali O’Hare has the details.
