In Saratoga, questions regarding the towns’ finances took center stage again this week when no one on the governing body or town staff could explain why a report showed $1.2 million transferred from enterprise accounts to the general fund between March and April.
The resulting discussion led to the town clerk leaving the building minutes into the meeting, and council members looking for answers. Emma Diercks has the story.
