Until recently, Boriboun owned and operated an auto repair company in Salt Lake City. He moved to Rawlins for the opportunity to work in law enforcement and to be near his wife’s family. With yesterday’s swearing in, the Rawlins Police Department has 17 police officers. The budget allows for 19.
