When Rawlins Middle Schoolers head back to school tomorrow, they’ll do so under two new matrices put in place to improve both academic performance and behavior.

The changes come in response to WYTOPP data as well as feedback submitted by parents in an April survey about bullying. Cali O’Hare spoke with the middle school principal and filed this report.
