Despite hot temperatures and breezy conditions over the weekend, no growth was reported on the North Fork Fire.

First reported a week ago burning two miles north of the Wyoming-Colorado Border near the Huston Park Wilderness area, the North Fork Fire never grew beyond 15 acres. The public information office with the U.S. Forest Service said lines have been completed around the burn area and crews are leaving the area.

Officials said previously they suspect the fire was started by a lightning strike.
