Instead of implementing a seasonal closure on a quarter-mile stretch of Harshman Street, the Rawlins City Council has opted to stick with the status-quo.

This winter, the small stretch of roadway between the higher education center and the recreation center will be opened and closed at the discretion of city officials. Cali O’Hare has more.
