Public health orders shutting down much of Wyoming have hit the Old Pen in Rawlins hard this spring. Unable to host tours since mid-march and ineligible for small business loans, the tourist site has been without a source of revenue.

Old Pen director Tina Hill has responded with a creative and captivating alternative. Cali O’Hare has the story.
