In Rawlins, the Planning and Zoning Commission on Tuesday voted unanimously to recommend the city council approve a special use permit for 307 Horse Racing’s newest Derby Club on Cedar Street.

If all goes according to plan, the business could be open for off-track betting as soon as next Friday. Cali O’Hare spoke with the company’s chief financial officer and has an update.
